In 1985, Ange Toussaint Costa, with the passion for his trade but wanting to develop his business decided to create his own firm of home made Corsican pork meats.

Today the "SARL Costa & Fils", has a capital of six million francs and has achieved a production unit of 1500m², certified to ECC standards.

However conditions have not at all changed concerning the qualify of production and choice of meat of the Costa produce.
